Two qualified and highly experienced NVQ Assessors/Internal Verifiers founded Business Training Solutions in November 2003. Business Training Solutions aims to promote opportunities to develop the skills of individuals and organisations through the use of work-based training activities.

Business Training Solutions is currently a small team of permanent staff, who include:

Aim

Business Training Solutions aims to offer impartial advice and guidance whilst promoting opportunities to develop the skills of individuals and organisations through the use of work-based training activities and to offer FREE impartial IAG to support the development of individual planning.

Objectives

Business Training Solutions objectives:

  • To offer a service that is both motivating and professional
  • To deliver a service of a highly proficient nature encouraging repeat business
  • To charge competitive prices for our services
  • To operate efficiently with the smallest number of permanent staff possible who are highly motivated and effective
  • To increase our services by developing an independent professional freelance team of the highest quality
  • To offer impartial IAG to support the development of individual planning

Health and Safety

All training will be delivered on the client's premises (all candidates will be issued with a Health and Safety Checklist during the induction period), however, Business Training Solutions recognise that they have a responsibility to ensure that all reasonable precautions are taken to ensure that working conditions are safe, healthy and comply with all statutory requirements and codes of practice.

So far as is reasonably practicable, Business Training Solutions will pay particular attention to:

  • The provision and maintenance of equipment and systems of work that are safe and healthy
  • Arrangements for ensuring safety and absence of risks to health in connection with the use, handling, storage and transport of articles and substances
  • The provision of information, instruction, training and supervision to ensure the health and safety at work of employees and others
  • Maintain the place of work in a safe condition
  • The provision of a safe means of access to and exits from the work place

The maintenance of a working environment that is safe, without risks to health and provides adequate facilities and arrangements for welfare at work
